Miley Ray Cyrus is an American actress, singer writer, actress, and performer. Her distinctive raspy voice is well-known for her musical influences that include country, pop hip hop, hip-hop, experimental rock, and much more. With 13 entries, Cyrus is the female artist to have had the highest number of US Billboard 200 Top-five Albums in the 21st century. Cyrus's personal life, public performance and image often provoked controversy and received significant media attention. Cyrus, a daughter of country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus, emerged as a teen idol acting as the title character of Hannah Montana, a Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana (2006-2011). Hannah Montana was a US Billboard 200 number-oneartist, three times top five soundtrack artist, and the US Billboard Hot 100's top-ten single, "He Could Be The One". Cyrus's discography comprises Meet Miley Cyrus (2007) and Breakout (2008) as well as Bangerz (2013). The singer has two albums that are top-five: Can't be Tamed (2010) and Younger Now (2017). Cyrus was an actress, and was featured in Bolt (2008), Hannah Montana: The Movie (2010) and The Last Song (2010). Cyrus has been a coach on The Voice, a singing competition, for two seasons. She also starred as Ashley Too in "Rachel, Jack, and Ashley Too" on Netflix's Black Mirror (2019). Cyrus is a fervent advocate for the rights of animals. In 2014, she began the vegan lifestyle. She created the Happy Hippie Foundation in 2014. Its focus is on youth homeless and the LGBT community.
